Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions buyers most often ask us — about our services, how projects run, and how to get started.

About Infocredit Solutions

What does Infocredit Solutions do?
We help organisations simplify and modernise the way they work. Our six service areas cover digital transformation consulting, AI and intelligent automation, custom software, data and business intelligence, system integration, and cloud and infrastructure modernisation — designed to work together rather than in isolation.
How are you different from a software vendor?
We start with your business problem, not a product. Where an off-the-shelf tool genuinely fits, we will say so. Where it does not, we design and build around your requirements, your users and the systems you already rely on.
Are you part of Infocredit Group?
Yes. Infocredit Solutions is a member of Infocredit Group, drawing on the group's long experience in business information and technology services.
What size of organisation do you work with?
We work with organisations of different sizes. What matters most is a clearly defined operational challenge — if you are unsure whether yours is a fit, describe it through our service finder or send us an enquiry and we will tell you honestly.

Services and technology

Do we need to replace our existing systems?
Usually not. A large part of our work is connecting and extending the systems you already have — through integration, automation and better use of data. Where replacement is genuinely the right answer, we plan it in phases to minimise disruption.
What kinds of documents can your AI automation handle?
Typical examples include invoices, bank statements, forms and certificates. For our client EPW, for instance, we automated the extraction of data from invoices and bank statements, followed by reconciliation and posting. Documents are assessed during discovery so we can confirm what is achievable for your specific formats.
Will AI make decisions without human oversight?
No. AI operates within defined processes, permissions and review points. Uncertain or low-confidence outputs are routed to people for review — they are never passed silently downstream. Your team stays in control of decisions that require judgement.
How do you handle our data?
Data handling arrangements are agreed per project and documented before work begins. Our privacy policy explains how we treat personal data submitted through this website, and project-specific requirements — including where data is hosted and who can access it — are confirmed during technical discovery.
Can you integrate with our ERP, CRM or accounting software?
In most cases, yes. We build API-based integrations, database connectivity and data synchronisation between business systems. The exact approach is confirmed during technical discovery for each system involved.

Working with us

How does a typical project start?
With a conversation about the problem you are trying to solve. From there we run a discovery phase — assessing your current processes and systems — before proposing a prioritised, practical plan. You see the scope and approach before committing to delivery.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A focused automation of a single document workflow is very different from a multi-system modernisation programme. After discovery we give you a realistic timeline with clear milestones, rather than a generic estimate.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is scoped per project, based on the work agreed during discovery. We do not publish fixed package prices because every engagement is designed around specific requirements — you receive a clear proposal before any commitment.
What happens after delivery?
Support and maintenance arrangements are agreed as part of each project. Our aim is that solutions keep working well after go-live, with clear ownership, documentation and a route back to us when your needs evolve.
We are not sure what we need yet. Where do we start?
Try our service finder — describe your challenge in your own words and it will suggest the most relevant service areas. Or simply send us an enquiry and we will help you frame the problem.
